CEMEX taps PLDT ALPHA Enterprise for contact center solutions

Leading cement manufacturer CEMEX Philippines has tapped PLDT ALPHA enterprise to help modernize its communications systems and enhance the operability of its service center. With PLDT’s Cosmocall contact center solution, powered by Cosmocom, CEMEX enables its clients to easily read their customer service hotline to inquire about the latest products or report concerns. The Cosmocall solution also lets customers communicate with CEMEX through various channels beyond a phone call, from fax and email to SMS and chat, given its unified platform.
