CTC ensures the security and integrity of samples from receiving, preparation, testing and retention of samples. Samples are assigned with unique identification numbers, which make the samples traceable from preparation to test certificate generation. Only by using these identification numbers that the testing group can communicate the results and observations. Final test results are kept confidential and made known only to the owner of the samples. Official test certificates are signed by the authorized signatories and are marked with the company seal, and with the chemists’ seals for the chemical results.
