FINENESS BY THE NO. 325 AND NO. 200 SIEVE
ASTM C430 Standard Test Method for Fineness of Hydraulic Cement by the 45µm (No. 325) Sieve, and ASTM C786 Standard Test Method for Fineness of Hydraulic Cement and Raw Materials by the 75µm (No. 200) Sieve are performed using wet sieving technique. Sieve frames are fitted with stainless steel woven-wire cloth. The sample is washed in a circular motion under a specified nozzle with a regulated flow rate.
