For three years in a row, Holcim Philippines, Inc. and the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) have been joining hands in helping Filipinos own their dream homes. Both recently signed a memorandum of agreement guaranteeing SHDA members of fixed prices for Holcim cement products within a period of one year.

With the use of Holcim cement, and by virtue of the partnership, SHDA members can finish their housing projects without undue delay, thus further protecting them and their customers from fluctuating prices of construction materials.

“This partnership with SHDA is a tangible proof of Holcim’s commitment to help Filipino families build and maintain enduring homes,” said Ed Sahagun, HPHI’s SVP for Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Technical Services, and Concrete.

The MOA signing was led by HPHI’s incoming COO Roland van Wijnen (third from right) and Ed Sahagun (far right), along with SHDA national president Manuel Crisostomo (second from right), SHDA chairman Bansan Choa (third from left), chairman for construction materials Philip Go (second from left), and Philtown Properties Inc. President and COO Eleuterio Coronel (extreme left).
